Lindsay Lohan accused of being involved in Osama Bin Laden death plot, naturally

Obviously the only bin Lindsay Lohan has been near is the one her career now rests in, but a man who is clearly bat shit crazy has controversially claimed that she was involved in the al-Qaida leader's death. Not just the embalming bit either, although she's probably pretty skilled in that area now.

In a legal file more jibberish than Courtney Love's Twitter account, Thomas A. Green claims (via TMZ):

"(Thomas) set out to command (Lohan) to twitter and stated if (Lohan) acknowledges this is an Osama Bin Laden op all civilians in past wrong doing will receive clemency."

Green also says he is a former U.S. Marine who recently spent time in a homeless shelter due to a "depreciated stage of delusion and hallucinations." 

He also adds:

"(Lohan) might be a high-end prostitute."

Essentially he's suing Lohan for engaging in unfair business practices and wants $300,000.

However, in more shocking news than Lohan being a prozzie of al-Qaida spy, the former-actress got a glowing probation progress report yesterday, with Judge Sautner saying:

"Keep doing what you're doing. You appear to be doing very well."

Compared to Bin Laden.
