Gillian McKeith explains poo fetish, blames mother and adverse weather

Gillian McKeith, the bravest little soul there ever was on I'm A Celeb, has finally started debriefing the nation on exactly how she's managed to create the most repugnant personality since a neatly moustachioed Austrian lost his left nut during a pub riot in Munich. It turns out she's decided to start with the root of all her problems, a career built almost entirely on poking through sewage with a biro. 

According to a recent interview with Heat, the bulldog-faced charmer promised not to look at any other contestant's poo in the jungle, because they were constipated, not simply because Shaun's still has a few Happy Faces he's got to pass from back in the day.

'A lot of them were quite constipated, so there wasn't much poo coming out.

 

'I knew people in there would be nervous about that, so I tried to allay their fears from the beginning and said, 'I'm not going to be looking at anyone's poo, just so you know, so you can all relax'."

She then went onto explain the source of her possible coprophila:

'I think it goes back to when I was little. I was out for a snow walk with my dad and we got caught in a blizzard. I was desperate for the toilet and he made me a snow loo and I had to do a poo.  

 

'It must be that. My mum keeps saying, 'Is there any way you can stop talking about poo. It's disgusting. It puts me off my dinner'. She can't bear it. It's not like you can smell it through the TV, mum.'

Nice emotive touch at the end there. Really makes you believe she's human. For a bit.
